The email verification experience for your Autodesk account depends on how you sign in. Verification may be managed by a third-party sign-in provider or directly by Autodesk.
When Autodesk manages verification, the process depends on the product and version you are accessing. Most current Autodesk products use a one-time passcode (OTP). Some older desktop products released before version 2023 use a verification link instead.
If you sign in using a third-party provider, such as Google, that provider manages account verification.
Follow the verification process and documentation provided by your selected sign-in provider to complete account verification.
If Autodesk manages verification, we send a verification email to the email address associated with your Autodesk account.
Depending on the Autodesk product and version you are accessing, the verification email may contain:
