As of March 29, 2022, we’ve replaced cloud credits with Flex tokens.
With the launch of Flex, we are retiring cloud credits to provide one virtual currency that can be used for both cloud services and pay-as-you go product access.
In most cases, your cost for using Flex tokens is comparable to using cloud credits. See the Flex rate sheet after March 29, 2022 for up to date rates.
No, all existing cloud credits will expire on March 29, 2023 so you will need to use them before they expire.
Products that were bundled with cloud credits will no longer include cloud credits after March 29, 2022.

Due to account enhancements for Flex, Shared Cloud Credits will no longer appear in Autodesk Account. Your remaining Cloud Credit balance can be viewed in the product.
