If you got your subscription from an authorised Autodesk partner, contact your partner so that they can make the change for you.
To locate your partner’s contact information:
- Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
- In Billing and Orders > Subscriptions and Contracts, locate your contract and click Renew to display the partner's name and email.
Contact your partner to change the term length for the next renewal of this subscription.
Note: The Renew button appears only if the contract is within 90 days of expiry.
